 As the Head of Franchise GYN/GU & MDS Alliance in Italy, you will contribute to our vision of leaving no patients behind and improving clinical outcomes for thousands.

Accountabilities

As Head of Franchise GYN/GU & MDS Alliance, you will play a leading role in our Oncology Business Unit. You will be responsible for developing and executing brand vision and strategy, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Oncology, your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the development of brand strategy

- Supporting the implementation of diagnostic testing

- Preparing the market for combinations

- Defining Franchise strategy through cross-functional brand plan processes

- Leading cross-functional Product Business Teams

- Collaborating with sales leaders to identify opportunities/issues

- Ensuring effective product communication and promotional support

- Conducting market analysis and monitoring product perception

- Driving innovation in business approaches and marketing channels

- Maintaining relationships with KOLs and HQ for global projects

Essential Skills/Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA is preferred

- 8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or health care industry with proven Sales and Marketing experience

- Oncology expertise

- Experience in launching new products

- Ability to coach, mentor and develop staff

- Demonstrated success leading across functional teams

- Strategic approach, with strong focus on results

- Ability to analyze and interpret amounts of complex market and financial data

- Entrepreneurial spirit and courage on taking decisions

- Innovative mindset

- Experience in working in an alliance

- Italian and English language knowledge at fluent level

Desirable Skills/Experience

- Knowledge of the Italian Healthcare system

- Market Access experience/knowledge

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Essential: Bachelor’s degree; Demonstrated leadership, communication, budget management, presentation and negotiation skills, including management of sales managers
• Desirable: Previous exposure and/or experience in other functional areas of the business such as Sales Training, Operations, Brand Team or Managed Markets; Advanced degree
